Showcasing Council's Vision for Sustainable Growth in Gordon, Killara, Lindfield and Roseville.

Our Collaboration with Ku-ring-gai Council

In 2024, Unique Urban worked with Ku-ring-gai Council to develop alternate scenarios and masterplans for areas near Roseville, Lindfield, Killara, and Gordon which met the dwelling targets of the NSW Government's Transport Oriented Development controls. These alternate scenarios explore diverse approaches to managing housing growth while considering heritage, tree protection, and building density and heights, aiming to accommodate approximately 23,200 new homes over the next 15 years.

The creation of 3D visualisations was crucial in helping stakeholders understand the potential impacts of each scenario on the ground. Invited feedback closed on 17 December 2024 but if you're interested in exploring the scenarios, they are currently still on public exhibition.
